Yomesh Deliwala : Social & Finance

Yomesh is an IT Consultant working for Accenture. He has lived in the Charlotte region for last 6 years working for various Banks and Telecoms clients. He is keen at helping new comers in Charlotte, one of the many reasons for him being associated with NetIP. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends on picnics, watching movies, and playing board games. In his spare time he enjoys swimming and hiking.

Nisha Balani

Nisha works for Bank of America as a Risk and Regulatory Change Analyst. Originally from Lexington, South Carolina, Nisha has been in Charlotte for a year and a half. She studied Global Supply Chain and Operations Management at the Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC and also studied in Hong Kong at The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. Nisha enjoys traveling to China and learning about the Chinese culture. She moved to Charlotte immediately after returning from Hong Kong to join financial services.
She is a disciplined Yogi, a meditation practitioner, an active volunteer with The Art of Living Foundation and travels to partake in various meditation, yoga retreats and International meditation conventions. On the weekdays she indulges in hot yoga after work and loves visiting her family in Lexington on the weekends. Nisha enjoys learning Mandarin and can speak up to five languages. Nisha’s mantra - stress is not the cost for success.

Bhushan Bhatt

Bhushan moved to US 7 years ago to Raleigh where he completed his education and worked for few years as consulting engineer. He has been in Charlotte for over a year and to find like minded Indian professionals, he joined NetIP. He enjoyed being a part of it and hence decided to be on the board and be more active within the group. He looks forward to meeting all the existing and new NetIP members at our future events! His passions include going on long drives listening to hard rock and playing beach volleyball..

Premal is currently working for Wells Fargo and holds a strong background in the financial industry. She moved to US from London in 2008 and Charlotte has been her home ever since. She was surprised with the generosity and support she got from complete strangers when she moved here. Networking made it possible to make some good lifelong friends.  She is motivated to provide the same level of community support, encouragement and lifestyle enrichment to our current and future members. She loves spending time wither family and friends. In her spare time she is passionate about swimming, travelling, reading, listening to music, dancing and loves getting involved in the community events.

Janaki Gooty

Janaki is an assistant professor (Management) at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.  Her research focuses on leadership in organizations and the role of emotions in the workplace.  She has been in Charlotte for a year.  She joined NetIP and its board to connect with people in the community and perhaps be a part of creating meaningful and fun activities. Janaki’s interests include (and not limited to) traveling, long walks/hikes, dancing, reading, good conversation, great food – not necessarily in that order!
